Specially designed headset top cap fits perfectly on bicycle handlebars. Perfect size fits snugly on the steer tube and handlebar. The Headset Spacer is lightweight, easy to install and helps raise the handlebars. Installation: 1. Slide the stem onto the steer tube. Optional spacers may be added or removed to ensure compression gap is correct (4-6mm). 2. Install the headset top cap and compression bolt on top of the stem. 3. Line the stem up straight with the front tire, tighten Steer Tube Clamp Bolts to 5-7Nm. 4. Install Handle Bar Clamp and Bar Clamp Bolts, and tighten bolts to 5Nm.
